personally the charter is very cute but bat ponies are becoming way too overrated. You see them every where. If u want to create a charter try to make them a unique as possible and considering the episode with Flutterbat was aired around Halloween it's very typical for people to used Halloween themed colors on their bat ponies. Have you ever considered using lime greens, pinks, or blues on a bat pony? All im saying is just try to make your characters as unique as possible.You have less of a chance for being accused of plagiarism too that way.
